Past life hypnotherapy session with Chris Lee AND a simple HEALTHY life plan!

I enjoyed my "workshop" and regression with Chris Lee. I regressed to several lives. I was a healer in a couple and a poor little waif in one. As a poor little girl in rags, I was being chastized by a religous person that was holding my little hand very tightly and I couldn't pull loose. My thumb has been my weak spot and is where I can feel discomfort if stressful thoughts come up. It's good now and my arm and shoulder are healed and comfortable.

I also encountered a couple of people that have been in my life before,ie. part of my soul family. It explains my relationship with them now. Very interesting!

I have read several books by Dr. Brian Weiss about the healing that happens when you realize the soul connection between this life and the many lives we have lived. The relationship with people in our lives now and our past life relationship with them gives insight and consequently healing!

Every life has a lesson and if we don't learn it, we are destined to repeat our lesson in another incarnation. Physical and emotional isssues that have no basis in this life are often traced back to other lives and just this knowledge often creates a knowing and a peacefulness in this life. Physical problems often disappear.

We are SPIRITUAL BEINGS having a human experience, not humans having a spiritual experience. We are ETERNAL!

We are aiming for being an enlightened spirit and eventually will help guide others to the only Divine path, that of love and respect for our fellow man. NOW, wouldn't that solve the problems in our world today! It really is about LOVE and RESPECT, ALWAYS!!

I challenge you to look at others with LOVE and RESPECT, knowing that what others do is not about you, but about what's going on with them.

SIMPLY!

1."BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD...Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2.DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY...Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

3.DON'T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS...Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4.ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST...Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret."
